For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, mainly focused on designing and executing lifecycle marketing programs across AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options through email, SMS, direct mail, customer portals, franchisee communications, and other owned channels.

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist acts as the owner of lifecycle marketing programs, developing the strategy, content, and creative behind programs designed to build customer and franchisee engagement and drive repeat revenue. In this role, the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will build customer journeys, create and launch campaigns, measure business impact, and continuously optimize programs across owned channels. AI tools will be an important part of the role to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency while maintaining quality and brand integrity. Our proprietary CRM will serve as the cornerstone for executing and driving these programs. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will report to the National Marketing Manager.

Compensation
$90,000–$100,000
gross annual salary + performance-based bonus + benefits.

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Strategy
  • Map customer and franchisee journeys across all three brands and identify where lifecycle investment will have the greatest business impact.
  • Pinpoint the moments that drive revenue, from acquisition through retention, reactivation, and customer growth.
  • Design lifecycle program architecture for each brand, defining audience, timing, channel mix, success metrics, and optimization opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to engage customers and franchisees through customer portals and other in-platform messaging touchpoints.

Program Execution
  • Write clear, on-brand content across email, SMS, direct mail, customer portals, social channels, and franchisee communications.
  • Design routine creative assets in Canva while confidently evaluating agency and designer work for quality, effectiveness, and brand consistency.
  • Build and configure campaigns in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
  • Manage suppression, frequency, consent, and audience rules to maintain channel health and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Schedule and publish content across owned channels, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on time.
  • Use AI tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, Claude Design, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to accelerate ideation, drafting, editing, and analysis while maintaining strong editorial judgment, brand voice, and high-quality output.
  • Plan and sequence lifecycle touchpoints across channels to create a cohesive customer and franchisee experience without unnecessary overlap.

Performance and Iteration
  • Track the performance metrics that matter to the business, including repeat purchase rate, lifetime value, reactivation revenue, and franchise prospect conversion.
  • Partner with the Marketing Performance Strategist on attribution and the Marketing Growth Specialist on program-level analysis.
  • Run programs as a continuous test-and-learn cycle, retiring what is not performing and putting more behind what is.
  • Report lifecycle outcomes to the team and senior leadership in revenue terms.

Integrated Marketing and Communications Partnership
  • Contribute lifecycle programs to the integrated marketing and communications calendar owned by the National Marketing Manager.
  • Sequence lifecycle work alongside PR moments and brand campaigns so the customer and franchisee experience reflects one consistent story.
  • Translate franchisee success stories and brand campaigns into lifecycle programs that drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, or a comparable owned-channel discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience running lifecycle programs end to end, including strategy, segmentation, copy, creative, build, and measurement.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating email, SMS, or direct mail content in a clear brand voice.
  • Working creative skills in Canva or comparable tools, with the ability to produce on-brand assets without depending on a designer for routine work.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM or marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Strong creative judgment, with the ability to evaluate copy, design, and visual assets for clarity, effectiveness, and brand consistency.
  • Experience scheduling and publishing content across owned channels using content management or publishing platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of revenue-based lifecycle metrics, including repeat rate, LTV, reactivation revenue, and attributable program revenue.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership of work and outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a PE-backed environment where functions are held accountable to business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with deliverability, consent management, and compliance in regulated channels, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CASL preferred.
  • Background in B2B, B2B2C, or franchise marketing models preferred.
  • Experience marketing to a franchisee or partner audience in addition to end customers preferred.
  • Visual design fluency beyond Canva, including confidence with Adobe Creative Suite, preferred.
  • Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives.
  • Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions.

What We Offer:
  • A vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with many professional and personal development opportunities.
  • Extensive training and development opportunities within the group.
  • A multicultural organizational structure and team.
  • Competitive health and welfare offerings including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, volunteer time off, 401(k) with company match, EAP, and Health Savings Accounts with company contribution.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
