For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a BI Regional Analyst, mainly focused on supporting the US and ANZ regions in business performance monitoring, data consistency, and analytical governance.

The BI Regional Analyst acts as the primary analytical point of contact for regional business functions, ensuring data quality, reporting consistency, and the delivery of actionable business insights. In this role, the BI Regional Analyst will partner closely with local stakeholders and the central Business Intelligence team to support reporting needs, dashboard enhancements, and data-driven decision-making. The BI Regional Analyst will report to the VP of Sales & Operations.

Compensation
$80,000–$110,000 gross annual salary + bonus + benefits.
Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Monitor business performance across the US and ANZ regions, tracking key commercial and operational KPIs and providing stakeholders with timely, actionable insights.
● Develop recurring analyses and performance summaries to support regional management decision-making.
● Support local departments in maintaining data consistency and analytical governance by validating data quality, aligning KPI definitions with central standards, and ensuring reporting consistency across the group.
● Act as the primary analytical interface for Sales, Operations, Finance, and other regional business functions, helping stakeholders interpret data and define analytical requirements.
● Maintain strong partnerships with the Corporate BI Manager and Data & Reporting development team to request new reports, dashboard customizations, and data updates.
● Translate business requirements from regional stakeholders into clear technical specifications for development teams.
● Ensure the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards and standard reports for the US and ANZ regions.
● Coordinate reporting enhancements, monitor development timelines, and validate outputs against business expectations.
● Deliver ad hoc analyses supporting initiatives related to Network Performance, Shipping, Franchise Development, and other strategic priorities.
● Provide quantitative insights and recommendations to regional leadership and central corporate teams.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
● Excellent mastery of written and spoken English.
● 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategic Consulting, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
● Experience working within international or multi-region business environments is highly valued.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex data into clear, actionable conclusions.
● Solid command of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
● Experience with Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
● Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
● Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
