For our Lakewood office we are searching for a Business Development Coach, mainly focused on driving revenue performance across PostNet and World Options franchise locations. .

The Business Development Coach (BDC) is a customer-facing, growth-focused role responsible for driving revenue performance across PostNet and World Options franchise locations. Based at Fortidia US headquarters, this hybrid role requires approximately 50% travel to support franchise owners and center teams through on-site coaching, business reviews, and growth initiatives.

The BDC serves as a trusted advisor to franchisees, helping translate national strategies into local execution. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and National Programs to support scalable, profitable growth across both brands.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Franchise Business Development & Growth
  • Coach and support PostNet and World Options franchise owners through regular on-site and virtual engagement
  • Drive revenue growth through improved sales execution, customer targeting, and account expansion
  • Support franchisees in transitioning from transactional sales to higher-value, repeat business and key accounts
  • Promote adoption of core solutions, national programs, and system growth initiatives
Sales Coaching & Enablement
  • Provide structured, hands-on coaching to franchise owners and center teams, both in person and remotely
  • Support development and execution of local sales plans aligned with brand and system priorities
  • Help franchisees improve prospecting, customer engagement, and closing effectiveness
  • Reinforce consistent use of sales tools, playbooks, and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing to align local demand generation efforts with center-level sales execution
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure service delivery supports customer and growth commitments
  • Work closely with National Programs teams to support national and multi-location customers
  • Act as a field-facing feedback loop, sharing insights to improve programs, tools, and execution
Performance Management & Insights
  • Monitor center-level performance metrics and sales results
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and coaching priorities
  • Support franchisees in understanding financial drivers and linking actions to business outcomes
  • Contribute to reporting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and experiences:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales coaching, franchise support, or multi-location environments
  • Experience working directly with franchise owners or small business operators strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Exposure to shipping, logistics, print, or services-based businesses is a plus
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer value
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead through partnership
  • Comfort operating across multiple brands and business models
  • Solid business and financial acumen, with interest in continued development
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills in both group and one-on-one settings

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
