As our organization grows, we're seeking an IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technical projects for Fortidia. Reporting to the VP of IT, this role collaborates with internal and external teams to deliver top-tier programs and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify functional requirements and design wireframes with stakeholders.
- Create requirement specifications and work with developers to implement solutions.
- Manage development teams, oversee project prioritization, and ensure stable operations.
- Develop and execute acceptance tests with QA teams.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for projects and initiatives.
- Lead project planning, follow-up, and remediation processes.
- Supervise offshore development to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with the VP of IT and global teams on strategic initiatives.
- Drive clear communication, documentation, and execution.
- Establish project plans, development roadmaps, and prioritize the key activities
- Strong communication and leadership skills to bridge business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in project management, with experience leading remote development teams.
- 3+ years of experience in software development solutions.
- 5+ years in project management and technical initiatives.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent (preferred).
- PMP certification.
- Experience in the franchise, print, or shipping industries.
- Knowledge of SOX cybersecurity compliance and eCommerce platforms.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive communicator.
- Strong organizational skills and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

- Annual base salary in the $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 range based on experience
- Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
