AlphaGraphics Cherry Hill is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our growing production operation.
Print industry experience is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in finding a strong manager who knows how to lead people, organize a busy production environment, manage deadlines, solve problems, and keep work moving efficiently.
Our operation includes digital printing, large format, signs and graphics, finishing, embroidery/apparel, mailing, and other custom production work.
What You'll Do
- Manage the daily production schedule and priorities
- Lead and develop production employees
- Keep jobs moving efficiently through production and finishing
- Identify bottlenecks and solve problems before they become bigger issues
- Maintain quality standards while reducing mistakes, waste, and rework
- Improve workflow, organization, and production processes
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, design, installation, and delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Has experience managing people in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, packaging, signage, apparel, or similar environment
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Is proactive, not reactive
- Looks ahead, anticipates problems, and takes action before issues affect production or deadlines
- Is proactive rather than reactive
- Takes ownership and holds people accountable
- Is comfortable with computers, software, automation, and learning new technology
- Understands the importance of quality, efficiency, and profitability
We also believe AI and automation will play an important role in the future of production.
You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be comfortable with technology, willing to learn, and interested in finding practical ways AI and automation can improve workflow, scheduling, efficiency, and production.

What is harder to teach is leadership, organization, accountability, urgency, and the ability to keep a production team moving in the right direction.
Being proactive - I can not stress enough this is extremely important in this role. We need someone who looks ahead, anticipates problems, and takes action before they impact production, deadlines, or customers.

Full-Time Position – Cherry Hill, NJ
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
