Company: Fortidia

Lakewood, CO Hybrid Schedule= WFH Monday & Friday, In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
We are an equal opportunity employer. We believe that talent, expertise, empathy and ambition drive our success, and we base hiring decisions solely on candidate experience and skills.

We are committed to creating an inclusive hiring process. If you have specific needs or require adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.

For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, mainly focused on designing and executing lifecycle marketing programs across AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options through email, SMS, direct mail, customer portals, franchisee communications, and other owned channels.

About the Role
We're looking for a Manager of FranDev Marketing to own franchise development marketing as a solo practitioner within our broader marketing organization. This is a hybrid strategist-operator role. You'll architect an integrated, full-funnel marketing strategy for franchise recruitment and drive its execution, working through an agency partner while staying close enough to the work to lead it credibly. You won't have a team beneath you, so you'll need to be equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves, while connecting into the wider marketing function for shared resources, brand alignment, and cross-brand initiatives. This role covers our three distinct brands—AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options—each requiring a unique strategic positioning and candidate profile.

Compensation
$100,000–$115,000
gross annual salary + performance-based bonus + benefits.

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
You'll own the entire FranDev marketing engine as one connected system. You'll leverage an agency to help build and run channel plans, but the strategy is yours. You set the direction, brief the agency, and hold them accountable to performance. That requires real fluency in every channel yourself. You need to know enough to challenge a media plan, spot a weak funnel, and course-correct when the numbers move the wrong way. The agency executes, but you own the outcome.

Paid media is a core lever, but it works alongside content, SEO, email nurture, landing page experience, PR, events, brand positioning, and sales enablement. Your role is to align these efforts to maximize ROI—ensuring we achieve our lead generation and sales conversion targets.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Building an integrated FranDev marketing strategy that connects paid, organic, content, lifecycle, and brand into one funnel with shared goals
  • Directing an agency partner on media planning and execution, briefing them clearly, reviewing their plans critically, and holding them accountable to performance targets
  • Maintaining enough hands-on command of paid media (Google Search, PMax, LinkedIn, Meta) and analytics to lead the agency relationship with authority, not defer to it
  • Developing the candidate journey end to end: awareness content, landing pages, nurture sequences, and conversion optimization
  • Owning lead volume, CPL, lead-to-close, and pipeline metrics, with regular reporting to leadership and to the Global team in Milan
  • Aligning messaging and positioning across every channel so the candidate experience is consistent
  • Partnering with the FranDev sales team on lead handoff, quality, and pipeline velocity
  • Coordinating with the central marketing team on brand standards, shared tools, and cross-brand initiatives
  • Managing the marketing technology and data infrastructure that ties channels together and attributes results

Who You Are
You're a thinker and a doer. You can design an integrated go-to-market strategy, brief an agency to execute it, and evaluate their work with a sharp eye. You see channels as parts of a system, not silos, and you know how to make paid, organic, and lifecycle reinforce each other. You understand paid media deeply enough to direct an agency rather than take their word for it. You're analytically rigorous, comfortable connecting marketing spend to pipeline and revenue, and you thrive with autonomy.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years in integrated marketing, demand generation, or franchise development marketing
  • Proven ability to build a multi-channel strategy and direct an agency to execute it
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and marketing analytics, enough to lead and challenge agency work
  • Track record hitting lead volume and cost-per-lead targets
  • Experience managing agency relationships and holding vendors accountable to performance
  • Strong analytical skills; fluency connecting marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Self-starter who operates independently while collaborating across a broader team
  • Franchise or multi-location marketing experience preferred

What We Offer:
  • A vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with many professional and personal development opportunities.
  • Extensive training and development opportunities within the group.
  • A multicultural organizational structure and team.
  • Competitive health and welfare offerings including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, volunteer time off, 401(k) with company match, EAP, and Health Savings Accounts with company contribution.
  • Hard work, collaboration, humanity, fun, and laughter. We are a small, passionate, driven, and highly collaborative team that is fully invested in the success of our company and value contributions from each member.

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
