● Job Summary: Manages the digital print department, ensuring high-quality
output from digital presses for various products like business cards, brochures,
flyers, and variable data printing.
● Key Responsibilities:
○ Oversee daily digital print production schedule.
○ Operate and maintain digital presses
○ Perform color calibration and profiling.
○ Troubleshoot print quality issues and equipment malfunctions.
○ Train and supervise digital press operators.
○ Ensure accurate job setup and imposition.
○ Implement efficient workflows for printing.
● Skills: Strong understanding of digital printing technology, color management,
RIP software, attention to detail, problem-solving, basic graphic design software
knowledge.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
