Company: Fortidia

Lakewood, CO Hybrid Schedule= WFH Monday & Friday, In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

We are an equal opportunity employer. We believe that talent, expertise, empathy and ambition drive our success, and we base hiring decisions solely on candidate experience and skills.

We are committed to creating an inclusive hiring process. If you have specific needs or require adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.

For our Lakewood office, we are searching for a Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy, innovation, and execution across Fortidia US’s portfolio of brands: AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options.

This role exists to drive growth in revenue, profit, and enterprise value by building and scaling franchisee-facing and customer-facing product experiences across the portfolio. The Lead Product Manager will define product strategy, lead a small team of product managers, and personally build and launch solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.

This is not a purely strategic product leadership role, and it is not a hands-off management position. This is a builder role first. The right candidate is comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution levels: writing requirements, configuring platforms, prototyping concepts, integrating systems, and personally driving products from idea through launch.

The Lead Product Manager will report to the VP of Marketing.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Build, Ship, and Own Product Directly
Lead hands-on product execution across ecommerce, digital platforms, and franchise-facing tools.
  • Build and configure ecommerce storefronts, landing pages, lead capture flows, and franchisee-facing tools across brands
  • Support integrations between ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation, and operational systems
  • Prototype and validate new concepts quickly through rapid experimentation and customer feedback
  • Write detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot smaller issues directly when appropriate
  • Ensure strong build quality across performance, mobile experience, accessibility, and conversion optimization
Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap across the Fortidia portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product vision aligned to business growth objectives
  • Build and manage a unified product roadmap across AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options
  • Lead planning cycles and prioritize initiatives based on customer value, operational impact, and revenue opportunity
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, shipping, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain awareness of competitive trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven opportunities
Drive AI-Native Product Development
Help integrate AI capabilities into customer and franchisee experiences across the portfolio.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions related to personalization, automation, document intelligence, and operational workflows
  • Support experimentation frameworks, testing strategies, and performance measurement processes
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy opportunities for emerging technologies and AI capabilities
  • Research and identify new product opportunities, markets, and use cases
Business Cases, Analytics & Decision Support
Use analytical and financial rigor to support product prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Conduct customer, market, and performance analyses to inform roadmap decisions
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support pricing, packaging, and licensing strategies for strategic or custom opportunities
Lead a Builder Team
Coach and develop a small product management team while maintaining a strong hands-on leadership approach.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, establishing clear ownership and accountability
  • Build alongside the team by actively contributing to execution and delivery
  • Establish product management processes, prioritization standards, and post-launch measurement practices
  • Support hiring and team development as the product organization scales
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
Serve as a bridge across departments to align product strategy with operational execution and business goals.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance insights across the organization
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable projects and measurable deliverables
  • Manage the product backlog and support projects through discovery, development, testing, and launch
  • Monitor post-launch performance and refine approaches based on user feedback and results
Requirements:
  • Proven experience building and launching ecommerce storefronts, digital platforms, or integrated product experiences
  • Strong product management experience balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution
  • Ability to work directly within CMS, ecommerce, CRM, analytics, and operational systems
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
  • Experience defining product requirements, prioritization frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment focused on measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers, operational teams, and executive leadership
  • Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
  • Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
Preferred
  • Experience in franchise, multi-location, or distributed business models
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into production products
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping, modern build tools, and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales opportunities with custom pricing or packaging
  • Experience in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or contract-driven business environments
What We Offer:
  • A vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with many professional and personal development opportunities
  • Extensive training and development opportunities within the group
  • A multicultural organizational structure and team.
  • Annual base salary in the $100k - $115k range based on experience
  •  Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
  • Highly competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(K) Match, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, Pet Insurance, and a completely free Employee Assistance Program
  • Hard work, collaboration, humanity, fun, and laughter. We are a small, passionate, driven, and highly collaborative team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and value contributions from each member

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
