AlphaGraphics Framingham is searching for a Center/Supervisor Manager with a design background.
Duties will include supervising, supporting and participating with the graphic design/customer support group with daily activities as well as coordinating center requirements with production functions.
The successful candidate must have strong graphic design skills, be an excellent communicator, be customer oriented and be able to lead a team. They must also have the ability to work with operational systems and third party functions to keep them up to date and operating properly. They will also be responsible for some administrative duties and interface with franchise functions. A successful managerial background a plus.
We are looking someone who is energetic and willing to pitch in wherever needed to get the job done. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.

Compensation includes hourly salary, paid vacation and sick days, a profit sharing program and paid holidays.

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
