We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Bindery Technician to join our fast-paced print shop team. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy bringing printed materials to life, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and laminators
- Perform finishing tasks including trimming, folding, collating, binding, and packaging
- Ensure high-quality output and accuracy of finished products
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Work closely with the digital and large format team to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous bindery or print shop experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation & troubleshoot
- Team-oriented with a solid work ethic

Compensation: $35,360.00 - $39,000.00 per year
