Join AlphaGraphics in Mason, OH as a Customer Service Representative where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, works great with other people, and lives in/near Mason, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process customer orders and provide accurate estimates for print, signage and design services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Monitor company email account and respond accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle credit card transactions.
- Monitor Invoca inbound lead tracking tool.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lives in or near Mason, Ohio.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with print and design services is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
