Ready to join a dynamic marketing solutions team that focuses on delivering high quality print and signage? As an Account Representative at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center’s inside sales through strong customer service and relationship management. In this position you will collaborate with our creative team and production staff on projects of all shapes and sizes. Our account managers work independently but can rely on the team for support. Effective process management will ensure a high quality positive customer experience.
Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing
- Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunities
- Captures customer’s specifics using “Job Analysis” questions
- Reviews customer’s proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick up
- Displays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively.
An AlphaGraphics Account Representative performs all business development functions related to Inside Sales, including the following:
- Assists sales rep functions and inside production when requested
- Follows up and manages Inbound Leads
- Keep customers informed regarding their job’s progress through the production process
- Shows proficiency in regular use of CRM tools
- Effectively manages all communication methods currently available to them to respond timely to customer inquiries
Account Representative Qualifications
- Account Representative experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of printing and signage is a plus
- Possesses a solid knowledge of order entry processes
- Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
