AlphaGraphics Olathe is a locally owned print, marketing, and signage company helping businesses stand out and grow. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly.
If you like a mix of customer interaction, light admin work, and a fast-paced environment—this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers (you’re the first impression!)
- Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Help customers place orders and understand products/services
- Enter orders, process payments, and manage basic paperwork
- Coordinate with our production team to keep jobs on track
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; quick learner with new systems)
- Positive, team-first attitude
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Print shop, marketing, or signage experience
- Retail or inside sales background
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
