AlphaGraphics Tampa on Hillsborough is a dynamic print, signs, and marketing business, locally owned and operated and part of the AlphaGraphics franchise Group.

We are looking for a team member to join our dynamic crew to assist us with our ad-hoc administration requirements.

We do not forsee that this will take more than 4-6 hours per week so this is ideal for someone who has other responsibilities, being family or studies etc

The responsibilities will include (amongst others):-

Filing vendor invoices (physically and digitally)
Checking vendor pricing to our system
Filing print project files
Submitting statutory returns such as sales tax etc
Submitting monthly franchise returns
Sending customer statements and following up on arrears
General office management / organization

Experience:-

The ideal candidate will have some experience in administration and bookkeeping, and be comfortable using a computer and various software applications, or be willing to learn.

Work Days / Times:-

We are open 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Candidate can choose a 4 hour window within these days / times that suits them best

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
