WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Manage active national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
  • Coordinate with AlphaGraphics franchise centers to facilitate print job execution, maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Handle centralized billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor the status of one-off print projects, proactively addressing any issues to meet client expectations.
  • Manage shipping and logistics related to print projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, sales, marketing, and finance to support account growth and project execution.
  • Creation of presentations and proposals for both internal and client facing presentations. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Proven experience in account management and customer service.
  • Strong background in working with franchise networks is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills. 
  • Experience in Google Suite (slides, sheets, docs, etc) and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • General graphic design experience preferred. 
  • Proficient in Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outgoing, personable, and able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.

  • Annual base salary $60,000 - $70,000 based on expereince.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
