As part of a worldwide franchise, AlphaGraphics of Wyoming’s clients and projects vary from small orders of business cards for local companies to direct mail, signage, or graphics for well-known brands. Managing client priorities is dynamic and fluid so every day is different. And not only are we investing in new staff but new equipment and technology too!

What you will do on a regular basis:

Operate large format printing equipment such as large format roll to roll digital, laminators, flatbed routers, and other sign finishing equipment.
Produce and finish large format graphics or signs.
Install vinyl, signage, or graphics for amazing local organizations.
- This means being comfortable on a ladder and using various power and hand tools (heat guns, knives, tape measure, screwdriver, drill, etc.)
Develop solutions and creative applications for using our equipment.
Take pride in an organized, clean, and well-maintained production facility.
Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking
Basic IT, math skills, and ability to use a computer
Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table

Skills you will need to be successful:

Large format experience is preferred but willing to train.
Understanding of Large Format Design and execution is a plus: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage, understanding of differences in substrates including vehicle wraps and custom vinyl installations
Be willing to take direction. But … be able to work independently.
Take the time to understand what you're being asked to do.
Be willing to ask for help, identify issues, and learn from your mistakes.
Follow a process, but be willing to adjust when necessary.
Communicate with your team members in a clear and positive manner.
Maintain a regular schedule to complete projects when clients need them.
Enjoy the details. This job has a lot of details and if that’s not your thing you won’t like this job.

Schedule:

8-hour day shift
No nights or weekends
