Our tight-knit team at AlphaGraphics Dunwoody - Sandy Springs is actively seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join us full time. This position is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.

More than anything, we are looking for a highly collaborative and dependable Client Services Coordinator who is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. Client Services Coordinator Daily Tasks:
- Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
- Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Graphic Design and Production team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, and address details of complaints.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and arrange for billing.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Manage third-party vendors responsible for fulfilling certain client orders.
Client Services Coordinator Role Qualifications:
- Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred.
- Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
- Critical and analytical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
