AlphaGraphics on University in Tempe actively seeks a multi-faceted individual digital print operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have the skills and experience to work independently. The Digital Press Operator position is hands-on and reports to the Production Manager.

·       1 or more years of digital press operator experience

·       Positive, Professional Attitude

·       Strong Work Ethics

·       Problem Solving Skills

·       Strategic & flexible thicker

·       HP Indigo Operator Certified on 7000 series or greater. (Preferred)

·       Xerox, IGen, or Iridesse Operator Trained (Preferred)

·       Familiar and comfortable with Fiery Print Controller, a plus

·       Experience in a high-volume operation.

·       Creative and capable of problem-solver

·       Focused on meeting both the company and customer’s expectations.

·       High Energy with the ability to work independently and with a larger team.

·       Drive compliance with all print processes & systems - work with a sense of urgency

· Maintain print quality, optimize production, and minimize waste.

·       Drive Execution of Print production goals & metrics - Lead by example

·       Physical ability to stand on feet all day and lift 50lb as needed.

·       Communicates well with fellow team members, Co-Workers and Managers

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Dedication to providing excellent support to our customers.
