AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative
Responsibilities:
· Generates sales leads and maintain current customer relationships.
· Acquire new customers through cold calling; cold call existing customers to upsell products and services not currently purchased.
· Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the appropriate methods, resources, software, etc.
· Consults with customers to assist in the decision-making process and recommends additional value-added services and/or provides detailed information of services available.
· Ensures follow up occurs on all estimates, including notifying customers when order is completed, and provides accurate turnaround times.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years customer service experience with direct customer interaction;
· Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred;
· Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred;
· Knowledgeable of common printing, such as digital, design, signage, etc. preferred;
· Working knowledge of popular file management systems;
· Working knowledge of popular file management systems;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Knowledge of basic math and measurements;
· Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
