Responsibilities include operating a variety of machines such as cutters, folders, collators, and booklet makers, as well as overseeing the quality control and packaging of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure accuracy and quality of completed products

· Objective evaluation of products and processes

· Works closely with operations personnel to achieve company standards

· Operating bindery and finishing machines

· Effective communication between the quality function and operations

· Inventory maintenance for the department

· Maintaining equipment

· Problem solving

· Packaging and Shipping

· Helping teammates

· Various other tasks as assigned

Experience/Education:

· Able to function well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

· Excellent project and time management skills, ability to prioritize work

· Ability to communicate visually, orally, and in writing

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Ability to learn new skills

· Problem-solving skills with the ability to use available resources to solve issues

· Self-disciplined and organized

· Basic computer skills

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
